I am Sangeetha Aiyer and my personal journey to a healthier living began over 18 years ago, motivated by a desire to reverse metabolic syndrome, lose weight and improve self-esteem, thus regaining health. I am a certified nutritionist and specialize in conditions related to metabolic dysfunction.

Following my IKIGAI in nutrition, I launched my platform and nutrition service “Rewrite Your Story” which is committed towards healing metabolic syndrome with tested and proved scientific approaches.

I firmly believe that a well-rounded nutrition plan should not only focus on the quantity of calories and parameters such as BMI and weight, but should also be a holistic approach that results in metabolic fitness, mental wellbeing and enhanced productivity in all spheres of life.

With over 18 years of study and 4 years of outcome-oriented health practice, I have worked with over 2000 individuals from all walks of life helping them achieve their health goals and sustain the same.

The consultation process is a ‘Know Your Client’ process. In this call I discuss your entire health history, family health history, your current metabolic conditions and symptoms, eating pattern, lifestyle, blood reports and allergies. Basically all aspects relevant to your nutrition and lifestyle is covered. I also discuss your health objectives and goals. This call gives me a complete overview of you as a prospective client.
We begin with a consultation call. Once this is done, you will receive a detailed email from me which will cover my observations of your blood reports and objectives of the program as discussed over the call. Once you sign up for the program, you will receive a customized nutrition plan with 2-3 working days. Post this I will set up another call to help you execute the nutrition plan. We then pick a start date and begin the program
Absolutely. Whether you are a vegan, lacto-vegetarian, ovo-lacto vegetarian or a meat eater, I work with everyone. No matter what your way of eating, I can work out a customized nutrition plan for you. It just requires some trust and openness from you.
Some form of activity – cardio/sports/resistance training for a minimum of 45 mins a day is absolutely essential for good health. And I would usually leave that choice of activity to you. And yes, it would be mandated on my program for appropriate results. The specifics of exercise planning and protocol can be narrowed down depending on your objectives.
Supplements are strategic and need based as per your blood markers and eating patterns.
Elimination diets are not universally applicable to everyone. They play a role in cases of Irritable Bowel Syndrome/Disease or if one has specific food allergies and intolerances. My endeavour is to provide a nutrition plan that is diverse and well balanced.
The most sustainable and healthy nutrition plan is one that is local, seasonal and suited to your palette. There is absolutely no need for exotic ingredients or specialized recipes to achieve good metabolic health. However, I can support with some basic recipes and techniques that can be helpful in meal preparation and execution.

The outcome and results on my program include improvement in blood markers as well as your physical and mental health. The program will target all parameters in a holistic manner. I strongly believe that aesthetic appearance and goals are secondary to metabolic health. The former without the latter is a naïve pursuit.
