I was on a low carb animal protocol with an exercise regimen. Not heavy exercises but I was doing some weights and mostly walking for an hour. I was overweight by 12 kgs and had high cholesterol. I am also having a hypothyroid condition. On consulting Sangeetha, she put me on low carb with animal based diet. She coached me on reasons to move forward with this diet and the importance of daily exercise. After 6 months my cholesterol figures are fantastic and my weight is down by over 10 kgs. Sangeetha's diet plans are truly life-changing. I started working with her when I was 86 kg, running and working out on a regular basis, eating "healthy", and "didn't look like I needed to lose weight". I am a Jain vegetarian and unfortunately a history of indulgence in Indian Street food.
