This Client Agreement is entered between you, as a Client of Ms. Sangeetha Aiyer and Rewrite Your Story which is a nutrition and wellness service run as a remote online program. It is a proprietorship having its office at Mumbai, Maharashtra 400051, which offers diet and nutrition consultation online to its clients.

Ms Sangeetha Aiyer operates the nutrition service. The following TERMS apply to its services. These TERMS may be further revised without notice as per specific TERMS through changes made herein from time to time.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENROLLING.

By enrolling for the services offered by Rewrite Your Story, or by agreeing to these terms where the option is made available to you, you signify your agreement and unequivocal, unconditional consent to these TERMS, as well as agree to waive any and all claims against Rewrite Your Story or its proprietor Ms. Sangeetha Aiyer and its employees arising out of your use of the Diet Programs or any services therein. If you do not agree, you may not use the services. Rewrite Your Story may, at any time, modify these Terms/this Agreement without prior notice and your continued use of this program shall be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.
Rewrite Your Story offers nutrition and diet consultancy customized for your specific needs and health goals.Ms Sangeetha Aiyer shall provide consultation and recommendations based on the information provided by you. Such suggestions and regimes shall be provided on a chargeable basis which shall be non-refundable. Rewrite Your Story reserves the right to revise such charges/fees from time to time.
Rewrite Your Story and Sangeetha Aiyer shall not be obliged to provide any services otherwise than in compliance with applicable laws.
Any advice/regiment/diet provided by Ms Sangeetha Aiyer shall depend solely on the accuracy of the information provided by you, including lab reports.
Any fees/charges paid by you for any services are non-refundable. Pls see the refund policy for exceptions and clarifications.
Once you sign up for a program/plan for a specific duration, you are required to start the same within the duration mutually decided by you and Sangeetha Aiyer. In case of any emergency or unforeseen circumstances where you are unable to start it, you shall get an option to hold the plan for a maximum of 4 weeks from the date of payment, provided the same shall be communicated in writing on email and/onwhats app to Sangeetha Aiyer. The decision will be taken by Sangeetha Aiyer, on the validity of the reason. Pls note that pauses and stoppages of the program on account of minor flus, infections, fevers, vacations, conferences, etc will not be accounted for in the program duration. To further clarify, all such days will be included in the program duration.
Upon receiving the plans tailored for you, if there is any medical emergency or mishap, you shall have an option to hold the plan for a maximum period of 10days.
At Rewrite Your Story, I work with the best effort after understanding your physical health and fitness goals. However, I do not guarantee any particular progress in terms of weight loss in any particular period of time. Further, I do not guarantee any particular result. My aim is to give you the best possible plan that suits you. I do not guarantee to fix any pre-existing health condition but the science I use is solid and my track record is pretty efficient to help achieve health objectives, basis your compliance to the program.
Rewrite Your Story keeps all your information confidential and anything is shared and posted on social platforms after your consent.
Access to Sangeetha Aiyer is available on most days from 10 am to 8pm IST, on whats app. She will reply to all queries, but there could be a lag from a few hours to 24 hours. She also holds two calls every month. You can additionally request a call as per your needs and a slot will be fixed within 48 hours. Sangeetha Aiyer may not be accessible (without prior intimation) due to illness, emergencies or travel. She will always endeavour to try and inform you of the same.
As part of the process and accountability – you will be required to maintain all food/activity/sleep/ logs as mandated by the program on the advice of Sangeetha Aiyer. Maintenance of this online log will be non-negotiable and the responsibility to do so will solely be your responsibility.
Nothing contained in Rewrite Your Story plans and advice either verbally, or over the phone or text message shall be construed as Medical Advice. Sangeetha Aiyer is a certified nutritionist and does not claim to be a medical doctor nor does she purport to issue medical advice. All advice and nutrition plans can be validated by your primary physician if so choose to.
Rewrite Your Story and Sangeetha Aiyer shall not assume any liability or responsibility for any claims, damages, consequences and/or orders of any statutory bodies or consumer forums not arising from any default or negligence on the part of Rewrite Your Story or Sangeetha Aiyer
Rewrite Your Story and Sangeetha Aiyer reserves the right to revise its charges and operates with dynamic charges at any time.
You represent and warrant that :
1. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of our programs and services.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of our methods, recommendations, communication as part of information non-disclosure.
3. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that are designed as per the information provided by you.
INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Rewrite Your Story and Sangeetha harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms of Use.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: This Agreement is governed by and is to be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any suit, action or proceeding seeking to enforce any provisions of, or based on any matter arising out of or in connection with, this Agreement or the Transactions may be brought in a court sitting in Mumbai, India, and each of the Parties hereby consents to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
ARBITRATION: In case of any dispute or difference arising out of or connected with or relating to this Agreement/these terms, the same shall be referred to arbitration under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force. The arbitration shall be referred to one arbitrator who will be appointed by Rewrite Your Story and Sangeetha Aiyer. The venue of Arbitration will be Mumbai, Maharashtra 400051
